Cancellation Policy

At My Home Team, we kindly ask that you provide at least 3 (three) business hours’ notice if you need to cancel appointment. Please be aware that same-day appointments are not eligible for cancellation. If you contact us after hours, we recommend not leaving a voicemail, as all cancellations must be handled directly with a live agent. During the call, you will receive a cancellation code for your records.

If you do not adhere to our cancellation guidelines, a reduced service fee of $125 CAD plus tax will be applied. We appreciate your understanding, and payment will be expected within 24 hours of the original appointment time. Thank you for choosing My Home Team!
